Rajni and Her son Varun are discussing their plotting against Purvi Chhaya chawl, its residents n Anupama . They are highly relieved to know Anupama over hears nothing as she appears suddenly .Anupama shares her good will for the Chawl. Anupama shows him his room.

On the way to his room Varun notices the difficulties the kids face for studying , ne has argument with Bharti . soon everyone helps clean up a room n create livable space for Varun . Varun notices Bharti n likes her . Anupama starts adult education classroom in the chawl with Varun participating . He is impressed as Anupama influences all the chawl kids to study together in the make shift library/ study area. Varun realises he has to remain in Anupama’s good books if he wanted his plan to succeed,

At Shah house Baa has sudden falls as the cupboard falls on her . Baa creates hew n cry and collects the entire family . Babuji and Kinjal discuss how the house has become dilapidated. Babuji and Toshu discuss how this house needs renovation n repairs, for which they have no money, they need to shift out . Toshu and Pakhi feel they should give this place to builder for building high rise and they can occupy few flats in that high rise . Babuji feels they should speak to Anupama .
Elsewhere Prem Rahi have close romantic moments on their mobike ride . They reach road side stalls n indulge in singing n dancing n romance , Rahi enjoys bhutta, riding pillion and driving the bike . Finally they reach their college and she is disappointed to learn she is late for classes . Prem indulges in showering her woth his love n this is noticed by Rahi’s teacher . He dislikes wheat he sees and feels jealous . He speeds his car n hits Prem . Rahi who was on the way to classroom is shocked to see Prem hit by speeding car , she confronts the driver n is taken aback to find it’s her class teacher . Rahi confronts her professor Diwakar . He apologises and tries to win hearts of Rahi by praising her . Prof Diwakar offers to drop Rahi back home after class , he is disappointed to know Rahi n Prem are married couple.

At Kothari mansion , Parag is seen missing Rajni and so is Rajni at her Mumbai office missing Parag . She calls him and he decides to reply in his room away from Moti baa. Moti baa notices this n wonders why . Parag then covers up as Khyati enters the room . He Thanks Rajni for saving his son Prem. Rajni is shocked to learn That Prem is Anupama’s damaad . Rajni wants to hide Parag n Her past to remain secret . She asks him to meet her at Mumbai . Rajni wants to hide their Purvi Chhaya Chawl redevelopment deal from Anupama.
