So, as of now, we can say Ahaan had a dream launch that any aspiring Bollywood actor desires for. But same thing happened with Rahul Roy, Kumar Gaurav and many others who were later called one movie wonders.

Ahaan needs to keep his head straight, choose good projects, polish his acting skills, stay away from the limelight as much as he can.

bobby deol had a dream launch and dream 7 year run till humraaz

with barsaat, gupt, soldier, badal, humraaz etc hits super hits

after that all know what happened

ranveer singh had dream launch with yash raj and bansali 3 movies first 8 years than all know what has happened

ranbir kapoor had dream launch(2007) and flop 17 years till animal saved him that is also thanks to bobby deol great acting and vangas direction (in bet sanju with munnabhai director prolonged his non existent super star hit career)

varun dhawan siddarth malhotra all were next super stars

karthik aryan is there from 10-14 years we know hes not consistent etc

lets see after 10 years where ahaan pandey is

i think in last 10 years oly ayushmaan khurra can be called a super star although hes not level of amir, salman, srk

Hrithik himself is no super star very average movies mostly except 2 to 3 like kaho na pyar hai, jodha akbar, krish

after 2000 no new super star has come they are all average stars

you cannot compare them to a dev annad, dharmendra, dilip kumar, amitabh, rajesh khanna or even the salman, amir, srk of last 30 years or even sunny deol, govinda of 90s(consistent hits super hits GOATS)

they are all average stars who give 1 super hit in 5 years and 2 average in 5 years rest all flops (that too because of their director or co actors like katrina, deepika, vidya etc not really because of heros)

only ayushmann is real super star(but not of other prev super star levels you can say hes like govinda, amol palekar ) as ppl watched his movies to watch him not his co stars and the story

Maybe Adi tried to convince Aryan and only when he finally had to accept that Aryan would debut as a director and n o t do the movie, he agreed with Ahaan. Like Smiley wrote: "he'd be perfect in Saiyaara" (especially given the comments of the Aryan's TBOB's cast ).
