I believe it also depends on country and state you are living in. You have to decide what you really want in life and then you have to network at the right places and at the right time. I believe in spiritual journey. You have to be connected with your inner self. You must find kindness within yourself before you find kindness in others.
Healing takes time but first make an initiative. There are good people and when you find them, ask them for a coffee and the worst thing they will say is a No. but you gotta take risk in life. Let people know you are praying for them, or wishing or sending them good vibes. Now a days no one communicates. People say they like to be alone but they get into a friendship or in a relationship to escape the loneliness. I think awareness of your own action is important. With AI and social media things will change dramatically and we must prepare for it. But at the same time hold on to good people in your life. Let them know they are someone special in your life. Life is too short to wish on something but do on something. Continue seeing a talk therapist if that helps you. Start journaling if that helps you. Do what you believe will help you grow as a beautiful plant.
