Vikrant/Aman is not a add on to this story. If you see from the beginning he is her BDB,her protector against her own mom. He is the first one to notice her at seashore on that fateful night. If he was not there then there was no Mannat either. He saved her from rain by covering her. If Shruti would've found her then also it was highly possible that she could've died because of hypothermia. As such she was a preemie.

From the beginning this show was conceived like that and that's how it was presented to us.

ARS vs Mannat and Vikrant her protector against ARS.

That's why we love this show because from the beginning it was like that. Their childhood connection plus soul mates connection.

Despite all odds they met again❤

IDK why now they have changed their narrative which is highly irritating to the core.

Whenever Mannat need her BDB , he is made oblivious and not believing her😭.

I really respect your POV but this is mine and that's how I interpreted this story.

Makers always emphasised on their childhood connection and Vikrant being her BDB.

Despite their difference of opinions they still find their way to each other no matter what.

Bold: I have a question on this part. I understand the scenario that was presented to us as even Shruti on their way to gurudwara she also kept requesting for Babaji to send someone who will be a shield for Mannat as she was worried about what would happen to Mannat if something happened to her. The scenario we are faced with now does Mannat still need a protector as she needed from the time Shruti was hospitalised until she came out of her coma? Mukta mam even put a post about her baby having grown.

Just a thought, is their journey not evolving? I wonder if there is a significance of those Teej festivals they did together. In the first one Mannat stated that she is willing to wait like parvati for her shiva no matter how long it takes which may mean their union is not now and they have to wait. I get the frustration with what's happening to Vikrant's arc because as much as there is growth in Mannat he seems stuck or stagnant.

This is how i'm seeing where we are right now. To some extent Vikrant is in chains and can't be of help to Mannat even though that's the role he is meant to play in her life. It's probably supposed to be Manvik vs ARS as was intended but ARS won the first round when Malla married Vikrant. Aishwarya has repeatedly said no matter what fate has in store for someone she is the one who decides on someone's fate (in this case she has sealed Vikrant's fate) With the 3witches working hard to make sure the two do not unite Vikrant has been made powerless by him not knowing the true faces of Malla, Neetu and Aishwarya. That seems to be the scenario we are in. Evil won. Mannat is the only one who is aware.

I think because we are used to seeing the ML and FL getting married first, they face challenges, then there is separation track we were not ready for what happened. Manvik is probably the sort of couple that if they marry you can't separate them from how they seem to be coining the story. The challenge seems to be for them to get together. But maybe they will change it since they promised a big shaadi soon.

I just so wish this promo becomes real...Mukta ka fear itna zyada hai na ki kya hi kahoon....and I had written few hours back ke ab promo se bhi Darr lagta hai...par yeh full out of syllabus promo nikla....

Vikrant ML hai yeh Mukta mata ko channel ne to nahi yaad dila diya....

Btw looks like it's channels call isiliye itni hadbadi mein banaya gaya hai yeh promo...with the dropping TRP and Mannat the sole entertainer for the channel ...dekhte hai ..
