But I just came across the following tweet showing bajaj’s team posting stories on his insta handle and I dunno it didn’t seem all that correct to me with the black face stuff and comparing baseer and farhana hug where they had a different equation to the bajaj picking her up when they had a different equation.

But I’m truly all ears and would love to hear y’alls perspectives.

That’s wrong - and it doesn’t help Bajaj if his team is doing this outside. Bajaj has actually handled it fine - by immediately apologizing and standing by that. There’s no need for this outside stuff.

And I don’t get the comparison with the hug with Baseer - no one should be debating Farhana’s right to not like what Bajaj did or indeed like Baseer’s hug - uski marzi.

The issue is how it’s being stretched and Bajaj being vilified for something unintentional that he’s apologized for. Especially as, objectively, it truly isn’t a huge deal.

Completely agreed with everything and will just add that the worst part of bajaj being unfairly vilified was that nehal who since the start has obsessed over him pumped up farhana to attack him over such a sensitive issue just to grab some footage trying to portray she takes righteous stands and thats very messed up imo
