Where is your review? Planning to watch it today because it’s been a while we got someone looking like a man’s man as a lead. So tired of these chocolate faced limps who look like factory manufactured.

Come on…that’s definitely exaggeration right? Because Band Baaja Baraat happened just 15 years back. Watched it again just recently, the movie aged so well thanks to the absolutely flawless performances of both Ranveer and Anushka.
BBB was not Anushka’s debut.
Watched movie. May be in minority but did not like this at all. Too illogical mtlb kuch bhi ho raha hai screen pe without logic, without explanation. Music is good, Acting by leads is very good but they are definitely not hero heroine material . hence, movie gave feel of a melodramatic tv serial. Climax was like sir pakad ke ro bethe banda ki ye hua kese , kyu hua
Movie has some good emotional scences but could not maintain flow. 1.5/5
Romance is such an underestimated genre. I hope the head exploding success of this movie teaches filmmakers a couple things;
-Audience wants something youthful and fresh
-Bollywood needs a new direction
-Bollywood needs fresh talent
- People are tired of talentless nepos, actors should have some basic skills and charisma on screen
-Watching actors who are pushing 40/50 behave like a 20 year old lovesick puppy is unappealing.
-Age appropriate casting is important. Age appropriate romances are important
Saiyaara has not done well because it is a masterpiece, it has done well because audiences want a breath of fresh air.

People are tired of this chanting also, so much that they didn't cared about Ahaan being legit nepo & giving him chance by showing such support.

Not just nepos but anyone who is a wannabe actor with zero talent. Case in point Karthik. It’s ridiculous how his only USP is being a so called outsider. We need talented actors so that we audiences can willingly spend our money and get entertained because , honestly none of us have that kind of money to support a talentless hack just because he is an outsider or the nepo baby of a favorite actor. Talented young actors, writers, directors and cinematographers is the need of the hour rn.

Forget Dhurandhar and the breathless declaration of it being “historic” purely because of box-office numbers and time-tested, loud Hindi-cinema...
They say one rotten apple can spoil the lot, but Saiyaara proved the opposite. In an industry saturated with remakes, safe bets, and that...
