Yeah they can do whatever they want. I am quite certain I am going to check-in only to enjoy the beautiful face of ARK for a good amount of time after ages ! Acting or no acting.

How did you guys watch it

The soundtrack has that moody, urban Anurag Basu vibe, and the cast is stacked — Aditya Roy Kapur, Sara Ali Khan, Konkona, Pankaj Tripathi... solid mix. Feels like it could be a soulful slice-of-life film with real feels, kinda like the original Life in a... Metro.

The new Hindi release Metro In Dino has had a poor start and is dependent on the evening and nights shows. As the name suggests it is for metros only and is also a sequel of the 2007 film Life In A Metro. That film hardly had reach so there will hardly be any recall value and on top its eighteen years later also.

There are no hit songs and its an ensemble cast with no one having much face value so its the expected dull opening in the morning shows. The film is totally dependent on the content and even then its tough as the appeal will be so restricted to a minority audience. Coming at the same time when films like Sitaare Zameen Par and Hollywood films like Jurassic World Rebirth and F1 are scoring well will not help as these films are mainly catering to metros as well especially Sitaare Zameen Par and F1. Infact a holdover like F1 has seen better collections in the morning as compared to Metro In Dino.
