I don’t know how Indian laws work. It is highly unlikely though that Karishma will get anything, unless she was getting a monthly allowance from him as her alimony. I don’t know if that continues after death or not. I think more than likely the kid’s inheritance will probably be put into some kind of a trust until they’re 21-25 or whatever age Sunjay may have decided on. Once the older two have control over that trust then it’s up to them how much they want to spend on their mother. I’m also sure the business and his personal wealth are under two different wills or trusts. His personal wealth will probably get divided easily and with no hassle. Business might get complicated between the sisters, wife, and the mother of his older children (Karishma), but again, I’m sure there’s an iron clad will, so unlikely.

That’s one of the reasons for their contentious court case.

Why do I know all this, sigh 🤦‍♀️ I need to do something constructive.

But Good she took it then itself. Never know if the next wife would have given or not now, though she was friendly with the kids.

When they were in court,he had said that she has an apartment already so why does she want the money. He wanted the divorce, maybe because he was in a hurry to get married and she was stalling till she got what she was promised. Fair enough. then this led to making those accusations about each other.

Hopefully he had a will, and will have given fair share to all his three kids.
