Hi there,

Thanks for raising this—happy to explain. We added “help*ine”/ "custome*care" to our smut filter not because it’s inherently abusive, but because scammers were frequently using it in new topics to plaster fake help*ine numbers everywhere and boost their SEO. To protect our community (and the wider internet) from these spammy posts, we had to block the term at first.

We appreciate your feedback on this and will soon be updating this. We are always open to tweaking our filters to balance protection with genuine conversation.

People change their DPs all the time. How will we recognize them? Same in the case of profile visitors. Please change it back to UNs.

Hi sir, It's been a while I'm active on this platform and obviously I forgot my password for my other account. Is it possible to know if that account is deleted? Or is it possible to recover it? Even in broadcast PMs, if someone has liked your PM and you wanna see it… this is how is shows up.

The emojis glitch on PMs always and on the post it’s once in a while.

I reported the same issue almost a month back. We are unable to see the reactions in PMs.
