the example you mentioned is that of a parent. I am shocked it was only a slap and hand over. No parent will ever be fine with this and frankly while may not be strictly legal as you say - I am totally fine with this.

The difference between their society and ours is we don’t have riots killing every Muslim in retaliation for Pahalgam attacks (nor do I want it) but it also enables some to openly state they are for Pakistan while living in India. No patriot will be handle this esp during war.

So I am not afraid. Also remember. Their entire society has participating in the genocide in Pakistan and Bangladesh (sure there must be some randoms who might not want that). I don’t see that as our future because it’s neither in our DNA nor do we attend Madraaasas as a society overall.
