Yes, sadly and disappointedly. But it's alright now. We can't do anything really. Some love stories are meant to end unfulfilled. I always feel Romeo and Juliet are iconic because they were star-crossed lovers and didn't have a happy ending, because their love was impulsive and tragic. But they are still remembered as "The Lovers" throughout the history. Perhaps Tejaswini and Neil will also join this sad but beautiful league.

I think makers of 2010s - 2015s tries to do experiments and gave us good ITV shows but after that all of them wants to have easy money so they stopped to do experiments and make the shows by recycling their old shows. That is the main reasons many viewers have stopped watching ITV in recent times

The reason I'm remotely excited to watch the revamp is because the leads (hopefully) will have a hate to love trope where we would see both of them overcoming their traumas and falling for each other.
