Celebrities don't pay themselves. Either big donors pay or designers who bought tables pay since it's charity for a fashion exhibit.

The theme this year is menswear. It's called Superfine:Tailoring Black Style or Black dandyism. If that Universe fan club is posting about it, then he's going for sure because Bilal tells them.
