I too had the same doubt...if u see Jay shah also he keeps winking here and there while seeing cameras..Csk and RR was banned for betting done by its officials..

But how can all 11 players play acc to script..must be a playful banter thou..

Runs, extras, wickets in the super over are seperate from the main match, they do not count towards the match's official scorecard
SO is played only to decide the winner of the match. Teams just win the super over and the match and not by wkts or by runs.
DC just won the super over and the match, and NOT by 5 wickets

The super over is the determining factor based on the number of runs scored. Both sides scored the same amount, hence Superover comes as the deciding factor. That is why we have chosen to include super over runs in the teams' totals to determine which team has scored the most runs.

In India forums with a prediction game system, it is not possible to include both teams and award points to all users. This is the only way to decide one team. smiley1

Regarding extras--- Normally, the no ball is 1 one run and if the batsman scores 4 or six then the extras will be 1+4 --5 or 1+ 6= 7 in general perception.

But, in yesterday's match ....it is not the case.

If the no ball is a front foot no ball or back foot no ball and if the batsman hits a boundary or six with his bat, then runs which come off the bat will go to the batsmen's account and only one extra is counted towards the bowler.

In this case, there is only one extra in the super over in RR's over. The other 4 came off Parag's bat.

Regarding wickets and runs in the superover going to batsmen and bowlers---

Yes, we have decided to add the runs achieved by batters as well as the wickets taken by bowlers to their names, and the highest runs scored by a batsman or highest wickets taken by a bowler would be determined by including/adding the runs and wickets in the Super over

We made these decisions following a thorough discussion on this issue.
