Point yeh hai ki Ani is fully capable of operating in the grey area when it comes to keeping Jhanak with him....pehle bhi kar chuka hai. Technically abhi bhi kar raha hai since he started a live-in with Jhanak without getting a divorce from Arshi. Mostly it's justified by circumstances being so extreme that he is forced to do something in the grey area

So it won't be far fetched if in this case yeh last step bacha ho divorce ka and Arshi backing out ki wajah se he may think he doesn't want to stop the shaadi abhi and divorce uske baad finalize kar lega kisi tarhana and then registering his shaadi with Jhanak

Rekha ji, it is extra grating how everyone acts like Anishi shaadi happened khushi and marzi se and Ani was oh so happy all these days doing Didi ki ghulami before Jhanak showed up

EMA ke technical tag ko aise throw out kiya jaa raha hai as if Ani did anything other than just try to keep Jhanak safe for so many days until Arshi forced him to take the extreme step of openly defying her to support Jhanak in the court case.
