Yaar I feel so bad for shalini, she is just a girl working hard to make a living for her and her brother, with no one behind whom she can call her family.

One fine day she is working at her workplace, where all this happens, the place she must've considered safe.

How will she able to stand up and work again, without the constant fear lurking in her mind that it might happen again. Mannat is shown very brave to be able to question the owner abt the mishappening, because at the end she knows the attack was directed at her, but in play of events Shalini became the victim.

All these things happen time and again with women and govt, people, everyone fails them every time, barring a few cases when after a prolonged period of time justice is served.

I can't help but equate this case with what happened in Kolkata months back, she was also at her job at that time.

In a way, this show, though the track is dragging, they are showing the monumental effort it takes for a regular, middle class person, rape victim to get any hearing. There is pressure of letting it be and go elsewhere and start a new life. On the face of it, going away seems like the easiest option. what about the perp? He is free to do more such acts. Somewhere the cycle has to break

Haven’t yet read all the other comments, but putting down my thoughts about the episode.

Frankly I am so done with this track. Actor playing Bobby is very good but the way the episode is playing is kinda triggering for me.

Vikrant frankly has disappointed me. As has Ronnie. Both for different reasons are siding/defending Bobby. Vikrant is myopic and has tunnel vision and a very bad temper. Ronnie keeping quiet for obvious reasons. Vikrant in his space is considered correct bcos he is defending “family”. A family that is rotten to the core & all full of lies.

The family scene was touching but I felt cold bcos of the covering up by all.

Who the eff is this private detective?? The man is more like a gudda who is regularly given supari to eliminate and intimidate people. Hope Mannat has fully understood that he is a tool of the mafia don ARS.

So get out was said today and hope she gets out. Vikrant needs to fall at Mannat’s knees and hope she doesn’t forgive him nor forget all this.

20,000 as rent for servants quarters which gets raided as and when the employer feels like??? We know that ARS anyway gets her arrested.

ARS is like god. Omnipresent and decreeing the futures of those below her. Fancy ability of a bankrupt woman!

If Vikrant finds out, he will go to the police with Mannat, and the case will be shut. Screenplay-wise it doesn't work that way naa. Hence, he is the one in the dark while others more or less know about it.

I really hope Mannat moves out. I wish they had a dialogue that if Bobby runs free, she would not want to be anywhere near him; in Mezbaani or at the outhouse. So it's better she leaves.

I wrote it somewhere else, don't know where. Vikrant should be concerned about Derek, Shalini and the main issue...what if the real perpetrator is free to do something like this once again. That should shake him to the core.

But, this track they have made him only angry at Mannat, sad to say. i mean, there's less of outrage at the issue itself.

I have kind of accepted it, and waiting for the end.

Yes! The issue isn’t important for anyone but Shalini & Mannat.

The rich have thrown money her way, accepted what the mafia don said & paid to do, and that’s that for them.

Vikrant not once thinks that the perpetrator can and WILL strike again. They have shown him trust ARS blindly and she isn’t even family.

That’s why in one of my posts I called him #DumbAndDumber

i am so so so very done with this track! feels like the same dissappointment has being put on a loop! they better put a full stop to this ASAP cuz it either way aint doing any good to their trp i see!

Very true.

That is what it is.

That's why I am resigned now...jo hota hone do. They have to follow this path. Only thing is they could have shown Vikrant think of all the discrepancies..and maybe reach two steps behind Mannat. Since the track is moving towards closure. Itna obvious hai ki they are deliberately playing with Vikrant's character.

Is the track moving towards closure? I think there are things that can be explored. Also, tomorrow will also decide the course of action for them.

Mannat is still sitting on that blood smeared locket. Illogical to keep it with you but that is a proof right. It has blood on it. But that accelerates the plot. Hence she is still fiddling with it.
