yes she can not abort to teach a lesson to parents or to black mail them to demand more money. But she can if she is mentally unfit since ruhi seems like mentally unfit i mentioned she can abort too.

Now the problem will be Ruhi will get attached to the child and then kaand will start smiley36

See legally ethically biologically Abhira is the mother, yes Ruhi is going through a lot to bring the baby to the world, but she did it knowing & understanding that the baby belongs to Abhira, though I do feel that Ruhi shouldn't have accepted for Surrogacy, but the baby definitely belongs to Abhira only.

In this Gen Abhira has been clearly called as the only mother. Even Ruhi said the same. Fictional liberties toh saare lete hai but if tomorrow Abhira decides to walk out with the baby, Ruhi will not be able to stop her.

yes true but if you look from story persepctive if ruhi gives back the child without any kalesh what benefits dkp will have. Agar aise hi baccha uske pass rehne wala hotha toh dkp ko rohith ko marne ki zaroorath hi nahi hothi.

All these are going towards one direction. Either abhira will have her baby or abhira's baby will be with ruhi . That vision people will only get to know when that happens. Before that dkp will do media ban 🤣

Dekh woh toh sab baad ka baat hai. smiley36 I was only responding to the opinion which said that Ruhi is the mother of this child.

This is Abhira’s child. Only abhira’s child on legal and ethical grounds.

The child will always share birth connection with Ruhi who will birth him/her.

“GARBHSANSKAR” kya hota hai yeh har uss aurat ko pata hoga jo already maa bann chuki hai. Teenagers ko pata nahi hoga. It reflects importance and impact of “Garbha” aka “UTERUS” aka “BAG” in baby’s future life.

Surrogate is not just an incubator. Jo log surrogacy se guzarte hai woh apna mann manane ke liye yeh baat bol dete hai ki uterus is just an incubator. Mann manane ke liye aisa bolne se uterus kabhi incubator ke level ka nahi hoga and na he kabhi ho sakta hai.

Ruhi will always be known as the person who birthed the child and the person who births baby is called as mother too but child is not hers that’s ground reality.

The birth connection/ The very special connection will always remain between Ruhi and the child who she will give birth and nothing can change it since the baby will gonna take his/her first breath in Ruhi’s garbha. Bacche ki rooh Ruhi ke gharbha mai ayegi.

Surrogacy se hue har ek bacche ka lifetime ke liye apni surrogate ke sath birth connection/special connection rahega until they both die but baby is not hers.

Agar Daksh ko mahina bhar doodh pilane, palne se uska and abhira ka special connection mana jata ho toh fir Yaha toh it’s BIRTH CONNECTION. GARBHA CONNECTION which is way more special, strong and forever in between baccha and the surrogate mother.

If a stranger can become the Father Ji of the legachy baby in the previous gen then why can’t Roohi become the Mother Ji of this legachy baby since she’s bringing it in this world?
