U think we can win .I don't think. It is a sluggish pitch . And a bit high score .

DC will feel they missed out on a chance to score 200 even as the pitch seemed to have slowed down a bit. The change-ups were working for CSK's quicks, and DC could manage only 183 when 200 seemed on track. Just 45 runs came off the last five overs, as DC lost Rahul, Rizvi and Ashutosh on the way.

DC have got a slightly above par score here? KL Rahul was the real difference. His presence ensured CSK couldn't rotate the bowlers like they would have originally wanted to. He was so smart in the powerplay and he was bold playing the matchups card to CSK's trump cards in the middle overs. On return to the opening slot, we got to see a KLassic fifty - holding one end and picking the right ones to attack. Porel's assault on Mukesh was a game-changer after Khaleel's gun first over. The first and second overs were massive contrasts of how to and how not to operate at Chepauk. Axar came out attacking in his shot cameo. KL cemented his stay while Rizvi played a few shots. KL stayed long enough to ensure Ruturaj didn't have the confidence to complete the overs of a bowler who holds the purple cap. Stubbs also made a good contribution. Pathirana managed to close out pretty well but DC have done well to push it past 180.

Yes it looks difficult unless some one plays better than Rahul.

CSK does not have young fearless batters. Rahul was so fearless today..nice shots.

If, not actually when CSK loses Ruturaj should think about his choices. Bro you have been one hell of a captain today. Like who gives Mukesh an over in the death knowing he’s been costly ???? Where’s the prudence in that ?

Why would you even give Mukesh a second over ? It’s not like he’s a good bowler who has been costly today. He has no experience — you could have always gone with Jaddu or someone else in the death. But nahi. Not done.
