माहीत नाही, कारण मी सैलाब नव्हती पाहिली.

Sailab serial heroine was Prajakti Deshmukh.

Btw I had started seeing Sailab serial last year on YT. But we found background music too loud to the extent that it was almost impossible to hear dialogues. May be because these are old recordings. Also now seeing every episode of these old serials is very cumbersome process. And there are almost 800+ episodes in this serial. So we gave up after some 20 episodes.

I find serials of the 90 s and 80 s very slow and dragging...I think we have evolved over the past two decades at a very rapid pace ...social media and modern entertainment have rewired expectations. We are used to quick hits Youtube shorts and bingeable OTT Web series with tight, fast-moving plots. Attention spans have shifted....

Studies suggest the average person’s focus drops after about 8 seconds if something doesn’t grab them. Those Doordarshan older shows, with their leisurely build-ups and heavy reliance on melodrama, don’t match that rhythm. They were built for a world and an era where waiting patiently was part of the experience, not instant gratification....

Am I the only one experiencing this shift 😀??

Agreed they doctored the pitch (black soil ) to a slowish track and bowled to perfection but atleast show some semblance of spirited fight ... Absolutely Zilch ...
