I have a theory that because they are experimenting with a new track and new entry in anupamaa. They're going back to their tried and tested formula of baby track in rishta so that if Anupamaa takes a dip in trps. They'll have rishta to sustain smiley5

exactly…this surrogacy track is just to bring in a third angle and create drama.. but I hope it doesn’t turn out too toxic ..like the vedika track or anything close to that.

but didn’t surrogacy backfire in their other Rishtaverse show ..why would they take that risk and during IPL ?

I don't have much idea about Anupama.. But I believe if the focus comes back more to Anupama which is the intent of this track, trp wll only increase

Well it is Rishta, toh they side characters need to be there. And unfortunately in this gen, they all are one dimensional characters.who have no standing without any of their tracks being connected to the leads in some way or the other
