Amanjot Kaur to Perry, FOUR, and dropped! Easy catch goes down. The fielder missed it under the lights. That was a full toss, on the pads, Perry whipped the ball away but the fielder at deep mid looked like taking it easily but ended up dropping it

8:59pm Wow, what a final few overs. For RCB that is. 70 came off the final five, with Ghosh and Wareham front and centre of that carnage. Both struck the ball to different parts, asked Mumbai questions and the hosts simply had no answers. Credit to Perry as well for keeping things ticking and for finding the fence when required. Prior to that, it was the Mandhana show, with the skipper registering her second fifty of the season to build a solid foundation and put RCB on course.
Mumbai, for large parts, seemed to be doing enough defensively, but towards the end, they lost the plot completely. They dropped a fair few chances too, which could be put down to fatigue or just poor concentration. Amanjot, apart from the last over, was their best bowler, with Matthews, Ismail and Kerr all being uncharacteristically expensive. They now have a big chase on their hands, although with the firepower they have, they will feel they can make a decent fist of it. Join us in a bit for the chase!
