I think one of the reasons that Talha really understood the difference between Sabeeka & Roshi was just the way they both handled Mohid. Roshi took charge of that boy even when she had no feelings for Talha, coz she had already build a bond with him. For her Mohid matter as a person in his own - even if was not related to Talha in anyway. That was something even Mohid could sense.

Sabeeka on the other hand was unable to care for Mohid even as an extension of Talha. For her, he never really mattered because he was just a responsibility - not a child or a person with their own feelings and individuality. That's why she could leave him in care of servants rather than take care of that child herself & when questioned she was more bothered about being called out rather than understand or acknowledge her mistakes.

This difference is what starkly visible to Talha. That the person who he assumed was mature due to being older, was actually not. While the girl he assumed was immature due to her young age, in fact was so much more mature than he ever expected from anyone

agree....the hospital scene was the eye opener for Talha.....the look she gave the guilty he felt for insulting her.... hospital talk where he felt that he lost the gem bcoz of stupidity.....final blow was sabeeka s words regarding Mohid shook him to realize the things he was missing and bang he is back in the form

I don't think he is proposing her to marry him.He just wants her to not marry Shariq.

He is confessing his love but he is still saying Meri majburi ki wajeh se. He will happily marry her because of the circumstances but Roshi won't be happy with it.
