Some jealousy but I also think he is hyper sensitive to Mannat being in uncomfortable situations, remember him noticing her uncomfort in the back of the car with Derek & Lashk he played ‘their’ song to cheer her up. Here he knows Punnu dislikes Mannu intensely, and like Mannat hasn’t forgotten the freezer incident and Punnu being the chief suspect, so Vikrant is suspicious of Punnu being so friendly? Vikrant’s protective mode switched on!

IMO that's the catch..

She knows Punnu is incapable of earning money so Vikrant has to do it... but constantly puts pressure on Neetu Ronnie that she can hathiao it anyway she wants
