My take on Shruti was she was overwhelmed with Mannat's letter and realized there is no looking back. She knows Sonia and that Sonia won't let her be once she read the letter, so she had to hold the bull by the horns.

The forum is divided who had the pheels for Vikrant in that scene 😭, for me it was Punnu 😍

I think that vikrant's kuch bhi is just to keep audience guessing if vik and malla will be a thing.... But they won't actually be.. I guess... It's just to add that little suspense factor..
