She been trying to get pregnant since ages now which is obvious from her weight gain. If it’s not working she should choose surrogacy simply before it’s too late. She is almost 45 now.

Bipasha was pregnant at 42, Farah also got pregnant at 42 if I did Hollywood I would have a long list of women like Halle Berry getting pregnant at 46, Hillary Swank 48. All were pregnant with their kids.
