It wouldn't be the first time that I find a regional movie better made than a Hindi one (Marathi, Punjabi and Gujarati really have some gems)... the problem to me is the availability to watch it...

And yes, there had been cinemas in Maharashtra (names were published) which had given all the screens to Pushpa 2 except one for the Sabarmati Report ...the producer really had to fight (legally and politically) for just one or two screens.

Today, the morning occupancy strong in Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad and Chennai

How I missed the SLB effect in Chaava.The movie as a whole doesn’t shine that bright thanks to its incoherent screenplay.The event flow was not very skilfully done.Thankfully second half makes up for most of the flaws.

But then I feel Chaava should be seen more than just a movie,it should be seen as a celebration of one of India’s greatest warrior. The last 45 min evokes so much pride and gratification in you.Every Indian should watch it..atleast that much respect and acclaim the movie deserves.

The performances of Vicky Kaushal,Akshay Khanna and Vinit Singh as have been said is superlative. Vicky was literally roaring like a lion in those last scenes.What mad talent.

Also for the shouting and howling I think that was Sambhaji’s inner pain, angst and frustration that was coming out through those shouting.From the very first scene you see him extremely broken(not having father and mother by his side angle) and in pain..he was going through a lot of inner turmoil..hence the outbursts.And also they had to justify the title of the movie.

The last scene of Vicky and Vinit is my mosssttttt fav..how I was holding myself in the theatre only I know. Beautiful is an understatement for that scene.They were so so good.

The BGM was the biggest letdown.Not a single good song.

i liked the movie...and Vicky very good here way to go...well from day one there has been no doubt about Vicky's immense talent. he just roars, loved him especially fight/action scenes; his entry, brilliantly executed!!

rashmika was decent, she looks beautiful.

akshay was good, but limited.

why ppl complain about music..Rehman does fine...i actually liked BGM muc, especially during war scenes.

go watch at on big screen, one time no harm!
