The fact is that this is how Kaveri has made Armaan her puppet. She has continually given him these doses all through his life, to the point that he has stopped questioning anything. Even today Abhira asked Armaan ki woh apne liye stand kab lege. Honestly speaking, woh apne liye kabhi bhi stand nahi lega. The only person he has ever taken a stand for us Abhira. Aaj bhi Kaveri usse itna suna Rahi thi, lekin the only time he spoke back was when Kaveri said something to Abhira.

People ask that why Armaan never leaves his family, gives back to his mother or Kaveri - because this is his conditioning for 30+ years. Yaar Abhira us ghar main 1 saal rahi and they made her into this ideal bahu who seldom talks back even when samnewala is wrong. Yet people want Aaan to fight for his love, himself after 30+ years of listening to everyone in his family tell him that he doesn't belong & has no right to voice an opinion
