No..rebirth as in if the same actor reprises the role of the lead - for example in Kasam Teri Pyaar Ki, Kratika & Ssharad aka Tanu and Rishi are reborn as the leads, as Tanuja and Ranbir- coz they were starcrossed lovers. Yahan pe the same lead is playing two roles but she’s not doing a double role.
