His point was Armaan is not bothered about losing the case and he recognizes that his mother was at fault but he is upset that she was subjected to the trauma of a public spectacle etc ..if Abhira had the proof, why not present it on Day 1 and end it all right there ..like they say that you should not prolong the kill..just do it quickly and be done with it ..I think he is drawing his conclusion from the dialogue that he spoke outside the court .:where he asks her what she gained by prolonging the tamasha ..this is what makes him feel that the humiliation was the point more than anything else ..just as Abhir believes that Vidya targeted him specifically, her delayed presentation of the evidence makes Armaan feel she was just dragging it out for no good reason ..don’t know if it was in the dialogues but I think there was some article or BTS about not wanting to use that footage ..wouldn’t that be a grave injustice to the client ?
Yes, Abhira did not use the CCTV footage till the very end after hearing Kiara give her testimony that Abhira was speeding yo get away from her & Armaan say that that they are willing to do an out of court settlement, but the Goenkas are trying to exact revenge from Vidya (or something like that). Tabhi Abhira have the go ahead to the public prosecutor to present the proof in court that proved Vidya was guilty
