After watching episode I think Abhira thought Vidya will herself confess that's why she was waiting to show proof. Because when culprit herself confess then judge may show some pity in case like this.

wasn't it obvious. Police sirens is the reason she fled from the accident site in the first place. A responsible person with a conscience would have screamed for help listening to the sirens, or tried harder to find her phone and call an ambulance, not run away. Vidya only thinks about herself, which is why there is no way i can sympathize with her.

And Ar, don't get me started on him. He very well aware of his vile family and how fufasa is and dadisa supporting SB in his tricks. He was going in right direction and told them they are wrong but few words from kv and he started loosing his brain cell.
