Yes,slow burn is amazing and I want to see slow burn love stories in today's world..but I just wish they didn't make the story unnecessarily complex..they have stretched it too much with ammar-dania scenes...which I dont want to watch anymore..!!

I actually do have a question - what did she do to redeem herself ? Because she didn’t choose BA ? Her choosing Ammar the looser might have been a terrible choice but nevertheless it’s her choice. Everyone deserves to make a choice, and mistakes. Sometimes some choices ends up being more costlier than the others but doesn’t mean they shouldn’t be made. As for being gullible and indecisive, she gave precedence to a girl who she considered a good friend - hell even her mother didn’t like her relationship with BA until all his multiple favors and he became the golden boy ; neither did her father have a good opinion about him. Yes she should have given weight to his actions and not the rumors, this much I’ll agree.

Is it her fault that she felt the imbalance acutely because of BA’s well intentioned favors ? I’m not saying he shouldn’t have, just that the imbalance became more apparent & she wasn’t comfortable.
My whole beef is Sadaf is left to carry the whole blame while BA remains steadfast in his life. KRQ is a true misogynist istg He should probably write a book on how to embellish the male characters by making the female leads insufferable for a lot of audience.

See I understand Sadaf to some extent..may be she is just giving her marriage a last chance before calling its over. Many women unfortunately in today's times also think like that..

But her resigning is making me frustrated

I dont think SMD ki story KRQ ne likha hai...I feel SMD ki story Haseeb ne likha hai..only dialogues are by KRQ because this is actually going mann mayal way..heroine married to other guy...and hero tries to make things alright between heroine and other guy..

Its a typical mann mayal just that romance was already developed in initial episodes over there..but here romance between leads is yet to happen.

Likh ke lelo the happy moments after shaadi were added by Haseeb as a visual montage to show their HEA and was not written in script. Just confirms my theory this was never written as a love story, but the story of Sadaf and how she makes a wrong choice, learns to regret it, and finally recognizes what is true love.

This is just like KRQ's Mann Jali, where Faris is the pure selfless lover who loves Mehwish. But Mehwish marries Mikaal because of manipulations by Mikaal and Mehwish's friend. She tries to make her marriage work and be a good wife but Mikaal was insecure about Faris and gave her taanas, was a drunkard and had marasim with multiple women after shaadi. She eventually divorces in 2nd last episode and the ending is Mehwish getting together with Faris who still loved her.

At least Mann Mayal main Sallu had his own independent track after he goes to Karachi to work at his friend Ifti, his relationship with Ifti, Ifti's stepmom and esp. his bond with Ift's father and how he took care of him, how Mannu became rich, the relationship with Jeena. Sallu had whole tracks and relationships that were completely independent of Mannu and showed his life trajectory. Sallu was never a cameo.

But I really hope that the divorce happens soon..because I can't see the torture anymore..

I don't think she goes to Lahore. It seems Bilal will go to Dubai after feeling heartbroken and having relapse. He will think if he removes himself from the equation, it will give Sadaf a chance to save her marriage.
