I don't think she lied and that's what was mentioned in the iv as well.. That Ar is a brilliant lawyer and he asked questions to which Kiara stated facts which were not jhoot like his temper, driving in high speed ... But would have impacted the case negatively..

If the writing was to have Ar get witnesses lie in court, why was the need to get Phuphasa for the previous hearing.. They did not and I for one is glad it was that way after having established previously how he dislike lying in court, though writers often forget what they tried to establish earlier
