Akshara didn't even think of keeping the phone on in case they reach out to her. She accepted both of them died even though bodies weren't found and decided to switch off the phone in the fear of facing Birlas and Goenkas. What a coward and a selfish person. Yes Karma played in the most ugliest way. She hid Abhir from Abhimanyu for 6 years and didn't let Abhi bond with him. In the end she died without knowing her son's existence.

Sentence is decided on the basis of the damage done to the victim...plus they are gonna prove Abhir as mentally unstable. So all of this will add to her punishment 😂😂 so 10 years is justifiable to me .

Physical damage due to accident would be 2 years or something. Death will be 3 years. Additional changes would total the sentence to 5 years atmost. Practically, I am not aware. But courts seem to give leniency.

If pre-planned, the it's 10 years. Since it wasn't pre-planned, it's either exaggeration or false claim.
