That can be temporarily too when Sadaf goes to Lahore. I don't think they are getting divorced till the rain sequence.

It could just mean Sadaf goes to Lahore, or they separate but do not divorce. Once divorce is done and he regrets toh that has no narrative purpose coz it permanently closes off all pathways to getting back with sadaf.

I will not be surprised if KRQ ki script main divorce happens in 2nd last episode and then Bilsad get together (same thing was in Mann Jali). Haseeb usse stretch karke 4-5 episode bana dega. But until then Ammr and Sadaf will be married (they ma be separated but not divorced).

What if Ammar really commits suicide this time & dies, & Bilal also dies because of complications of bone marrow transplantation? Tab Sadaf ki na to Ammar ke sath happy ending ho nahi Bilal ke saath just like Banno drama

I don't think there would be any relationship. There might just be repressed feelings and tensions . Also Sadaf might get jealous of Hamsha if she gets close to Bilal.
