Yes, goenkas starting mein thoda shor machayenge.. But ultimately they will forgive vidya for the sake of ruhi (& abhir probably for charu & kiara ko lagega uska liye kiya, the usual trikon plot).

I think Abhira will definitely decide to file a case, and Armaan will be like woh meri maa hain, so there would be friction there. Technically if Madhav filed an FIR against Abhira for bachha kidnapping, he should stick to his "duty" here as well.
