All these actors are overpaid… unless it some kind of tax thing and the money eventually comes back to the producers. but even as a PR move, throwing around these numbers doesn’t work because BW is seriously in dire straits and it seems like an indirect tactic to guilt trip audiences ( oh look, so much money:.. the movie has to be good and your fave has been paid so much, don’t you wanna see how amazing he is gonna be?)

Karan definitely has become a target and I feel that he can't handle the situation.

I also think that the political involvement into the Hindi filmindustry has something to do with certain information spread (like the alleged amount of renumeration). Actually, certain stars split their fees between payment for the shooting and share of income (through deals and boxoffice) which is more reasonable, imo.

I'm also convinced that filmmaking is still used to 'wash black money' through budgets and boxoffices.

Karan has learnt nada from his previous mistakes. He is again overpaying.
