I think once Zain comes out, it will be very difficult for Shanno to remain indifferent towards Mehru in front of his family...because Mehru will lose it and may take some extreme steps and Zain will want to avenge his arrest from her...eventually Shanno's hand will be forced and he will have to come clean about his intentions to marry her
