I watched the interview.

Small summary on Iqtidar stuff:

1. Shahnawaz loves Mehru

2. Shahnawaz has tricked his mom and married Mehru, saying he's doing only to get Zain out( he is in love with Mehru)

3. Mehru knows Shahnawaz is in love with her.

4. Sadia the fool gets Zain out

5. He is under his mom's influence and in front of his mom he will behave like he doesn't care about Mehru, but slowly when they are alone together, he will start showing different reactions

6.Shahnawaz doesn't lose his ego even then

7/. Ali can't understand either what Shahnawaz is doing with Amal, doesn't make sense to him

8. Wedding night thing, both Ali and Anmol were like why did he threaten her on the wedding night? but the writer wanted it for maximum impact.

I think that's what I got from it, I did forward a lot so I could have misinterpreted it.
