Complete Mass Entertainer That Needs To Be Experienced ONLY IN THE THEATERS....
After 3 years of gap finally Pushpa 2 Hit The Screens and what a spectacle it has been to witness. All the box office records so far made by Indian Cinema be it in any language has been broken...
Like Pushpa, Its not the storyline which makes this movie entertaining. The clever screenplay, crisp editing and above all THE BRAND - PUSHPA portrayed by Allu Arjun makes this movie worth a watch.
Once again festival has begun in the theaters, specially single screens. Crackers are being fired be it in Telengana or Bengal, Bihar or Assam from Kashmir to Kanyakumari the movie is being celebrated. People have bestowed the love and warmth to Allu Arjun, which he sincerely deserves.
Bollywood needs to unlearn whatever they have misunderstood from foreign movies or by copying south movies. Unless you are bold enough to touch heart of common man and give him 3 hours of entertainment you will NEVER ACHEIVE this level of appreciation or acceptance by PAN INDIAN audience.
As stated before, the movie doesn't have any strong storyline even screenplay at places feels silly, but its the conviction and charm of Allu Arjun which makes those scenes convincible. The movie excels in almost all department viz dialogues, screenplay, editing, bgm, performance and direction.
Music and choreography are only major flaw this time. Ace dancer Sreleela is wasted with such pathetic song which is no where near "O Antava". Another thing is length could have been easily reduced by 15-20 mins has those unwanted songs been removed. But, despite those minor flaws the movie is a banger for any Allu Arjun fan or anyone who loves Mass Masala.
It felt like we are once again back to "Dabangg" days, when single screens roared bigger than multiplexes. In the case of Pushpa too same might happen that too with much bigger reach and numbers.
My Rating: 4/5 . Its mass festive entertainer.
