Nope..Bhavani is uneducated so she doesn't know much about legal aspects. In India fortunately her daughter won't be called talaq shuda or divorcee as there's NO valid existing acceptable marriage, unlike what an educated so called classy Babita is intimidating her.

Amruta will instead be reinstated to unmarried previous state SINGLE, like how she was before that unfortunate mela abuse and mockery of wedding rituals, once Virat's half & forced marriage attempt on her gets officially declared legally as null.

Is there any other show that had something similar to the mela incident but didn't lead either to separation or someone like Babs getting exposed?

For me these were the two ways they could've chosen from -but they went another way.

I know people have mentioned about revenge marriage etc. which were probably similar - but was it? given what Babs did? In terms of degree dadi's death and the mms track come to mind... one led to separation and the other to Alia getting exposed. I would say thats fair. [your post about pragya jumping off a cliff led to the question.] According to me at least, they 'had to' go for one of those - separation or exposure. They didn't and we have a mess.

This time there is a reason. Have given the timestamp. they talk about scenes like the cockroach one etc. 40 min iv ... just skipped through to see if there was something related to the show... came across the section. [this is her second iv in as many months. no idea why.]
