I think karan can speak well but jab apni emotions ki baat hoti hai toh he fumbles..
Karan does speak well but because Salman is the bigger personality here he fumbles otherwise against the housemates he puts across his points well during arguments but in speaking tasks when he has put his point across it doesn't come in his favour because he is nervous when he is angry he actually gives it back
I also think he wanted to say this only but the choice of words were a mistake. And he realised it much later.
