If Bisma has been a widow for almost all of Nashwa’s life, I doubt a powerful creep like him would only be in molestation stage years/decades later.

I believe we’ll get more clarity on this in the upcoming episodes. It doesn’t seem like Nashwa is aware of her uncle’s malicious intentions toward her mother. There’s a strong possibility that he may have sexually exploited her. His behavior around her strongly suggests this. Let’s wait and see.
