But that is the point. The makers will not have that arc for Ruhi. In fact, they will continue to show that Abhira got more and more attached to the baby before the truth gets revealed. And when it does, Ruhi will take her baby back and will only hate Abhira more.

As for the naming the baby thing, Ruhi believes that Akshu killed Aarohi because the lady herself said so, she hates Abhira too and now the insentivity shown towards her during this baby track like asking Ruhi to be the "maatashree", the feeding thing, the co-parenting request and all is making her hate the baby too.

People, not everybody, but many would react the same way as Ruhi did. In fact, the real world in more cruel than that.
