Mitchell Starc to Rahul, no run, beaten! 140kph, wobble seam from Starc and it nips away off a length after pitching around off stump. Rahul gets forward in defence but it goes past the edge.

It seems, he is out!!

Cracking session for Australia - no wonder Cummins has a big smile as he walks off the field. The pitch in Perth has offered movement, as you would expect early on the first morning, and all three quicks have been right on the money with their lengths.

Cracking session for Australia - no wonder Cummins has a big smile as he walks off the field. The pitch in Perth has offered movement, as you would expect early on the first morning, and all three quicks have been right on the money with their lengths. India's approach so far has been very cautious, looking to ride through the storm, but the storm isn't showing signs of coming to an end any time soon.
