Everything can be an issue why not . Baby ko potty nai aayi ,diahorreah ho gaya , burp nai aaya , baby wants to go to his real mother , baby refused to take vaccination coz his real mother didnt take him to the hospital , bsp ko cold cough ho gaya etc etc

Milk not coming out , go get formula milk such an unfortunate baby , can't drink own mother's milk . Human breast milk is very important for baby .....but infant formulas can be given.

Arre not the figure. Yahaan Ruhi ko genuine problem hai - her tatas are leaking coz she has no baby to feed (which can be resolved with medication /injection, but her gynac is a turd & from some other zamana who has no clue that this problem has an easy solution)

Also who buys new clothes coz the older ones got soiled - ever heard of a washing machine

Her baby died !..( her nikamma pathi and Arman told so).so the swelling on the breast will be painful...She had a term pregnancy , that is what they mean the pain Mom go through when milk is filled in the breast

Rohit is " Maha Mahan" his baby's deprived of Mom's breast milk also his " mahanatha" won't be shaken

Arman is servant of these mahan athmas so he too will stay strong

Seriously if they had shown this when Ab first got home then I'll understand, even if it's not a real issue but come the hell on. The baby has been home over a week, and now no milk
