Honestly I do not understand this good mother or bad mother. For any child, their mother is the only one to whom they can be their true self. Bas yahi hai.

Yes, there awful people who don't deserve to be mothers, specially ones who willingly abuse their kids - mentally, physically, emotionally. Aise mom's don't deserve their kids, but still that child will always been the progeny of that mother.

So my POV is there is no good or bad mother, but yes there is good or bad parenting.

And to answer your question - no Abhira could not have done anything more, as she did all she could and still does to be the best mother to a child she feels is hers only

This felt like a very direct attack to be fairly honest, but I am gonna reply but it felt superbly uncalled for. I specifically said I call it bad parenting of calling Abhir a bojh, not her running to save people. I never said Abhimanyu has a right on his baby because it's his bio dad, I said he didn't deserve to be ill treated because Abhinav and Akshara couldn't find a better way to explain to Abhir. I never called Abhira a bad mother or Ruhi a good mother, I said neither can be called either till they get a chance to be a mother because being a mother isn't being pregnant, it is also how you parent the child, literally my exact words, so you are the one who chose to selectively choose and bash me for no reason.

I choose my peace, and yes, I won't be "tagging" you moving forward, which i didn't in the first place, you came on this post and commented and I replied, to "my" post and my thoughts. So you can choose to bash ahead, but I'll remember not to reply.

I have replied to this, but stating again. I am calling neither good or bad, am saying they need to be allowed to parent before calling them that. If we define only based on pregnancy then any mother in the world who hasn't given birth herself, can never be called a good mother.

Even Abhira, I am not calling her a bad mother for helping those kids or anything, only when she parented wrong by calling her kid bojh so he goes. Which has nothing to do with her pregnancy at all.

Yes, a 6 year old who could have been explained the situation or told that this is the law. Or said he has to go for few days and then talked to him. Deliberately hurting a child would never make the child love another, in fact, that will traumatise the kid with idea of love. And when did I call Manjari a good mother?

This post has clearly gone into a direction that makes no sense to me. My point was purely this, pregnancy and parenting are two different things, and what you do in one, doesn't define the other. A woman careless in pregnancy for whatever reasons, might turn out to be an amazing mother because she instills the right values in her child, and a woman, extremely careful in her pregnancy, might turn out to be a horrible mother if she layer abuses the child. Being a parent, mother or father, isn't about bringing the child in the world only, it is about how you treat them, look after them and how they turn out to be.

Goenkas are bashed for gen 3 and gen 4 upbringing, they didn't give birth to either, but they didn't instill the right values, they didn't stand up at the right times, they didn't stop stupidity at the right time, making them bad parents. But the kids they birthed, Kartik and Kriti, were amazing kids , especially once Kartik learned the truth. That's the point I was purely trying to make about being a good or bad parent.

Yes, I do think Poddars, including Abhira, need to think what Ruhi wants in this situation. Abhira herself admitted she won't have recovered if this happened to her, then why does she think Ruhi will recover with her baby, when she hates Abhira? That's the insensitivity I am pointing at, knowing you won't like it done to you, but doing to others.

You need not get the post deleted. You will find few trouble makers who may have issues to understand freedom of speech exists but that should not stop you from making a post.

This is what i follow if I see someone trying to deliberately mis interpret my posts i ignore them as if they really don't want to understand then I prefer letting them to stay with their understanding than explaining 🤷‍♀️
