This is what good storytelling in a visual medium is. You don't wait for e14 to give a long exposition dump about a character's backstory but you have to start seeding in clues from e1 to build intrigue and narrative arc. Which is what I was complaining about in another DT. Jafaa was the example I gave then about how Mohib's backstory was built up and then revealed down the line. Now AIEJ is another good example of how to do it.

Yep. It’s really not hard to do. Even if it’s not in the script, it can be added as a silent scene. Because for lead characters especially those with a past that keeps getting implied, it’s so important to SHOW rather than tell. Warna you can’t connect no matter how good a performance is.

An adopted son would definitely make the dynamic between the brothers and Rahim’s with the family more interesting. I hope it goes this way. Let’s see.

I mean why add an orphanage into the story? Sure it could be random too but I hope koi connection ho.

I am hooked! Loving the start..its gripping, fast and also looking forward to how everything unravels. Clean shaven villain Shuja is a bit toooooooooo chhilaa hua for me to look at. BUT. I think there is a lot more than meets the eye. Maybe the perpetrator and the murderer and the murdered, all three are not what we think they are.

2 hi character the jinki acting mujhe nhi pasand , for a change they are bearable in this show infact Ushna is doing good 😄
