Best Pakistani drama so far. And a beautiful ending. Hats of to the writer, director, producer, actors and the entire team.

I wish we got to see Meenu and Nofel’s wedding but I still loved the ending ❤️❤️ the “I love you” scene was so sweet and perfect. We need more dramas like this and I want to see supportive husbands love and take responsibility for their career oriented wives.

The ending was really good—I absolutely loved it. The confession scene was so lovely and it reminded me a bit of Kimi no Na wa where the guy, instead of writing something else, simply writes “I love you.” .when he did so, I was initially skeptical, thinking many guys will say they’ll follow through on promises but never do, so I was happy to see the convocation scene showing that Nofil really did keep his word. Such a progressive character! I also liked how Malik Naadir’s character was wrapped up. The convocation scene was beautifully presented, showing how Meenu reached such heights thanks to the support around her. Despite a few reservations, this is easily my favorite show this year.

Mustafa Afridi has truly impressed me as a writer. I hadn’t expected the show to be this good, but his work feels unique, and he’s unafraid to take risks with progressive characters. Also he balanced humorous scenes with serious scenes. Saifee Hasan is an excellent director as well. I also appreciate HUM for keeping the show tight and not dragging it out. While I have my issues with HUM these days, they’re still the only channel producing shows with genuine rewatch value.

Sajal is a legend at this point, but I want to appreciate the rest of the cast, especially the actor playing Sajal’s nephew. He’s such a versatile actor and was just as impressive in Jeevan Nagar playing negative role. I hope he gets more prominent roles—he deserves it. I also loved the portrayal of Meenu’s bond with her father, which felt unique and authentic. The pure bond between Afzal and Nasreen was heartwarming as well. I’m so glad they ended up together.

When the first teaser aired, I didn’t expect the show to be this good, and the first episode surprised me. It’s easily the best show of the year for me, even with a few minor reservations. This year has really been relevtion in terms of good shows after fraustrating few years. Glad this show did good trp and views wise so producers are motivated to make similar shows.

Now next looking forward to Faraar smiley27smiley27, since its from the same writer and it has Hamza and Sohai as a pair smiley42smiley42. I really wanted to see them together since Pyare afzalsmiley27. My expectations are alreay high. Please Green dont disappoint.

It's been an absolute treat to be able to watch something of this calibre. Superb performances all round. What stood out for me was the underlying subtle humour in the writing. It enhanced the depth of the message being portrayed I felt.

I loved how all the characters were given time and space to make a place for themselves with viewers. We saw them in the present and we were made privy to a past that shaped them to who they are in the present. One of my favourites was Maulviji. His conversations with Meenu were delightful. So, so well written.

The last episode left me with a feeling of quiet satisfaction. Justice served to the good and to the bad. As for Nofil's reply to Meenu's list, it made me fall in love with them all over again!
