I can’t help but admire Zain’s jailhouse lifestyle, he’s living the dream with benefits inside that most people don’t even get outside. And the cherry on cake, he is still mad at his mom and brother. Honestly, if he wanted to get back at them, he should start a “Jail Vlog” where he posts daily videos, ranting about the "basic necessities" he’s being deprived of, like drugs and daaru. #JusticeforZain.
Saman tried to add a sentimental touch with lines like, “The house feels empty without him,” but let’s be real. Her life has been pretty undramatic since Zainy Boy got locked up. She can focus more on her political campaign now. It’s not like he’s suffering in there. For all we know, the commissioner himself could be performing salsa or mujra to keep him entertained. So, where’s the problem?
If there’s anyone to feel bad for, it’s Amal and Rafey, two ordinary people being treated like second-class citizens. But even then, sympathy is hard to gather. Amal has set a new standard for a lack of self-respect. The guy is not interested, and he’s not even hiding it. Yet, she is out there protesting at Phupho’s doorstep as if that’s going to change things. Someone needs to remind her that she’s not marrying Phupho. And what’s her plan if, after the wedding, he’s still not into it? Will she end up sleeping in Phupho’s bedroom? Good thing Phupho’s husband isn’t around to see this drama unfold. Imagine sleeping with Saman and Amal in the same bedroom.
Shahnawaz made a valid point for once. It’s unrealistic for Amal to expect that someone would drop everything and act like a love-struck teenager for her, especially when he’s clearly uninterested. Despite having all the luxuries enough to start a boutique as many rich wives do for time pass, she’s still roaming around jobless. She really needs to get a life and grow some self-respect if it's possible.
Then there’s Mehru, stringing poor Rafey along, making him wait when she’s not interested. The guy deserves a break from this one-sided engagement, and maybe a chance to date Urooj. No doubt, Mehru will probably jump straight into another toxic relationship. Not that Rafey’s luck would change much either, Parveen would probably sell him a fake Oppo with an iPhone sticker. His heartbreak would likely be worse than Mehru’s!
And just imagine poor Feroz’s shock when he realizes he doesn’t even know his own daughter. Or Bee Jaan’s reaction when she finds out that Urooj hasn’t been making those legendary samosas and kababs. Bee Jaan would’ve been better off investing in a high-quality air fryer instead of a daughter-in-law, or deep fryer if she likes oil.
At this point shahnawaz is not just openly showing his disinterest in Amal but also cheating on her by going after mehru in full swing. He has even started comparing the two and seeing how un-entertaining Amal is. She don't even give his dagger eyes and listens to everything he says. He gets the kick when the girl does the exact opposite of what he wants.
I still don't know why mehru agreed to marry rafey just like that. She is neither interested in spending time with him nor finds him attractive. Even if she has zero interest in shahnawaz as of now she atleast finds him attractive.
Both leads like spice in their lives and both rafey and Amal are too bland for them.
Let rafey marry urooj. Then he will also get used to have spice and drama in his life
. Poor Amal don't have any option other than zain. She will also be busy with zain's kartoote.
