Nothing went wrong on the set. The success of Anupama got to her head and it is very clearly on display in the IVs from the past couple years. It is a pattern in the show that anyone who gets praised more than Anupama or is more liked generally has had the worst downfall in character arc or have been completely erased out of the show. The problem is very evident tbh.

I actually started following the show from the time Anupama found out V ka affair, coz till then her character was insufferable.

Uske baad it was really interesting till MaAn ki shaadi, but uske baad it has steadily only gone downhill
