Abhira will loose her child not because of ruhi snd ruhi will realize how shattered she is. Ruhi gives birth and sees abhimaan craving for a child. Since she is not infertile ruhi will offer to become surrogate mother.
In a way ruhi is helping abhira but rohith dies because of ab. Ruhi goes into labour and abhira wil hear child is dead. Armaan blames ab for causing miseries. Ruhi will give birth to abhimaan child and abhira comes back and gets to know her child is alive.
This can happen if they fast forward story by few months and take a leap again
Also it's convincing that ruhmaan gets married post leap here. As Ruhi's child needs a father and Armaan's child needs a mother. Family can force them saying they both can manage the load of two kids.

ar was on abheera hiding something. There is nothing much he has to say to her. Dadi supported him to be a good hubby. They got a person who is not looking handsome like dev but a good man .
